Craig is Honner’s Head of Marketing Solutions.
His role at Honner further extends the range of capabilities for clients to include strategic marketing services such as customer insights and customer experience programs, lead generation programs, sales enablement support and branding. He also works with clients to create integrated marketing and communications programs.
Craig brings more than 20 years’ experience working in the financial services space, with strong expertise in the global wealth and asset management sector across Australia, China, Korea, Japan and New Zealand along with exposure to North America, UK and European markets.
A strategic thinker, Craig possesses the creativity required to build a brand with emotional resonance, but also knows how to utilise the marketing team as a revenue generation machine.
Prior to joining Honner, Craig held the dual roles of Head of Marketing Asia Pacific and Global Head of Customer Experience at Russell Investments. Craig also worked in a range of marketing and product management roles in both Sydney and London, gaining experience with names such as St George Bank, Advance Asset Management and Prudential Assurance.
Craig recently completed a Customer Experience Certificate program from Rutgers University (USA). He also holds a B.Bus (Major in Marketing) from Charles Sturt University, a Management Development Diploma from Mt Eliza Business School and Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia (now known as FINSIA).
In his spare time – he is an uber driver for his three sons as they compete in multiple football and futsal matches across Sydney.
