Noha Habib

Head of Financial Communications

Noha is a Sabre Award winning international corporate affairs adviser with more than 18 years of experience advising and coaching C-Suite and boards of both listed and privately-owned businesses in Australia and the EMEA region across various sectors including financial and professional services, energy, oil and gas and tech to name a few. 

She has a strong track record and expertise in devising and managing holistic reputation management programs that support short term goals and sustainable long term business objectives. In addition, she has designed and ran various executive coaching modules including media and public speaking training, issues and crises simulation and management techniques and stakeholder mapping and engagement. 

Since moving to Australia in March 2016, she has consulted with blue chip and ASX top companies on investor relations, corporate reputation management and stakeholder engagement, particularly around industry or sector related issues and regulatory risks, corporate M&A activities, as well as strategic sustainability and ESG communication.  

Prior to that, Noha was the co-Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa of Kekst CNC Communication (previously Capital MSL) the corporate and financial communications flagship agency of Publicis Groupe, and before that the head of corporate and public affairs for Weber Shandwick, based in Dubai.

Noha is trilingual (French/ Arabic/ English) and holds a BA in Business Administration with minors in International Affairs and Public Administration from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.

Noha is a passionate frequent traveller and bookworm with an ever-growing to read list covering behavorial economics, biographies, history and politics. In her spare time, she can be spotted around antiques markets, museums and exhibitions or enjoying bubbly brunches by the waterfront.
